All plants are grown using regenerative methods and are carefully inspected before shipping. However, as living organisms, their continued health and growth depend on proper care after receipt.

3. Ordering and Payment

All ordering and payment is done through Etsy and follows their terms.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship only within the continental United States. Shipping costs are calculated by Etsy based on the delivery address and order size. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to be available to receive plant shipments or to make arrangements for their care if you will be unavailable. Plants left in shipping boxes for extended periods may suffer damage for which we cannot be responsible.

5. Returns and Refunds

If your plants arrive damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographs of the damaged items. We will work with you to resolve the issue through replacement or refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on ComfreyShop.com, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of ComfreyShop.com or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.
