Quick Brewing Guide
Harvest Leaves
Cut mature comfrey leaves, aiming for 1-2 pounds of fresh leaves per gallon of concentrate.
Prepare Container
Place leaves in a container with a lid. Use plastic, ceramic, or glass (avoid metal due to reaction with acids).
Add Water
Cover leaves completely with water. Use rainwater if possible for best results.
Steep & Ferment
Cover loosely and let steep for 3-4 weeks. The mixture will darken and develop a strong odor.
Strain & Store
Strain the liquid and store in a sealed container. Dilute before use according to your needs.
Note: Comfrey tea has a strong odor. Consider brewing outdoors or in a garage.
